With over 25 years of executive search experience, Andrew has run his own recruiting firm for more than a decade, prior to which he was managing partner, Asia of a global search firm based in Hong Kong, where he lived from 2001-2010.  He has recruited senior professionals to a wide range of industries, including white-collar, projects, healthcare, retail and government sectors.

Most recently, Andrew was Director, Australia, of a UK-based search firm, where he led the recruitment for Director of Development, Arts & Culture for a leading Australian University, based in Sydney.

Andrew’s early career was as a lawyer in Australia with top tier and boutique law firms, where he advised corporate clients and those in the arts and entertainment industries. He has been a board member of a Melbourne based theatre company and has always taken an active interest in theatre large and small, wherever he has lived.

He has a degree in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
