The interview – you will be prepared. We pride ourselves on the relevance and quality of our written candidate reports. We talk about salary expectations, possible obstacles and any other pertinent issues to explore in the interview – in short, how best to steward potential talent. A broadminded, inclusive approach reduces the risk of a good candidate falling through the cracks.
